How does it work?
4 Part Music offer you a simple way to make a high quality professional recording of your school or college. We can record anything, whether its a pop song, a school choir, a band or chamber ensemble.
On the day we turn up usually 2 hours ahead of the recording session to set up our equipment and array of microphones. If necessary we can even add accoustic treatment to the proposed recording venue. The recording sessions are usually around 3 hours in length although they can be longer or shorter depending on your requirements.
After the recording we then produce what's known as a rushes CD which contains the tracks highlighted as usable during the sessions. Once you have chosen the tracks you want (and we have done any editing required) then we can either produce CD's for sale or set you up to sell the music on iTunes.
