Musical Arrangement
Musical arrangement takes many forms. One of the most common things we get asked to do is to record a song with a very basic piano accompaniment and then add in additional orchestration.
We often do this using a variety of computer generated instruments from software such as East-West which can be done even without the original score available.
Because 4 Part Music is run by musicians rather than just techie's or business people, we can also assist with musical arrangement before a recording is undertaken and give advice on the best style or type of accompaniment necessary. This could be either be used to provide a pre recorded backing track to use during a recording, or alternatively we can generate a full orchestral score from a simple piano reduction which could then be used as part of a recording.
This is a very popular service with schools who can usually only record with a piano accompaniment. By utilising our recording and musical skills you can transform any recording into a stunning fully orchestrated arrangement.
